Horse tack and riding equipment for the rider: Ekkia is the specialist of the horse world.

When you are riding your horse, lunging or during freedom work, it is advised to protect the legs with boots. Brushing boots are entirely closed and protect tendons, cannon bone and fetlock, and can be used on front and hind legs (in a bigger size). The tendon or jumping boots have an open front and protect the tendons and the back of the fetlock. They are mostly used for show jumping (where it is important that horses feel if they touch a bar with the cannon bone) and exclusively on forelegs. Fetlock boots are only used on rear legs.
